What we collect and why

We do not use cookies, analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and we do not sell or rent your information.

Who receives your information

Messages sent through the form are delivered to the Medwrite mailbox, which is stored on the servers of our web hosting provider. Only Darcy Moncada reads them. We do not share your information with anyone else, unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep messages for as long as needed to answer you and follow up, and no longer than three years after our last exchange. After that they are deleted.

How we protect it

The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), the mailbox is password-protected, and access is limited to the person in charge.

Your rights

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, or to withdraw your consent, by writing to the person in charge above. We will answer within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this page with its effective date.
